Our quotes include the full course of Invisalign, permanent retainer wires, tooth whitening and general contouring to smooth out any rough edges on your teeth. Usually it will also include any refinement trays, and if it doesn't we'll let you know.

There are 4 levels of Invisalign depending on the level of crowding and tooth movement, and there are some people who are only seeking to treat their upper or lower teeth.

When comparing quotes remember to look at what is included. We recommend some form of retention after any orthodontic treatment, which is why we include it in all our quotes. Don’t assume all quotes will include this, so you're not hit with any surprise costs.

A combination of digital 3D models and photos of your teeth are taken, which are sent to Align Technology. We receive a 3D model of your teeth that allows us to digitally align your teeth.

The Invisalign software then works out the most efficient sequence of movements to achieve this alignment. This gradual movement from start to finish is made into an animation, which we provide to you.

Align Technology then manufactures your aligners which we receive within a few weeks. Each is worn for one week before moving to the next, and we review your progress to make sure your teeth are moving as planned.

The average time frame for our Invisalign treatment is around 6-8 months, however this depends on the severity of crowding or the amount of tooth movement you need.  

Compliance also can influence how quickly treatment will take.  It is recommended that the Invisalign trays are worn for 22hrs per day.  The shorter the time the longer the treatment.

Do you want people to know you are having orthodontic treatment? If the answer is no, then Invisalign is for you. Invisalign is able to achieve most of the movements that traditional braces can achieve.

You are able to eat what you like and maintain excellent oral hygiene with Invisalign. Simply remove the trays to eat and clean as normal.

We offer a combination of Invisalign and braces at no extra cost if it will substantially reduce treatment time, however most of our clients can be treated successfully by Invisalign alone.
